How to report content

If you need to report content sent via BetterMail, please use the form at the bottom of this page. You may also email abuse@bettermail.com. If you submit a report by email, please ensure you include the required information listed below.

If you'd like a reply, please include your email address. It's optional and will be used only to follow up on this report. The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate — please explain why you're reporting (e.g., spam, phishing, or a violation of our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy).

Depending on the type of content you are reporting, please provide the following:

• Emails – Full email headers are required. You may also forward the email directly to abuse@bettermail.com instead of using the form.

• Web pages – Include the full page URL.

• Other content – If your report doesn't fit the above, provide as much detail as possible in the Additional Information field.

Our compliance team will review your report promptly and take appropriate action.
